ECM-144 and ECM-145/GM-22

Both ECM's and the GM will be held during IVC-23 at the Sydney Masonic Centre which runs from 15-19 September, 2025.

• The last IUVSTA Executive Council Meeting of the triennium 2022-2025, ECM-144, will be held the entire day on Tuesday 16th September, in the Ionic Room of the Sydney Masonic Centre.
• The Executive Council Meeting of the first triennium 2025-2028, ECM-145 and General Meeting 22, GM-22, will be held in the afternoon of Thursday 18th September, in the Composite Room of the Sydney Masonic Centre.

Additionally there will be a Happy Hour mixer event on Monday 15th evening starting at 5PM.

All ECM's and the GM will be a hybrid event. The VSA uses Google Meet for its virtual events and we will send a link to all IUVSTA representatives closer to the time of each of the meetings.

ECM-144 on Tuesday 16th September will be fully catered, morning and afternoon breaks, and for lunch. There is a Registration Fee of $400AUD for ECM-144. ECM-145/GM-22 has no Registration Fees which is at the courtesy of the VSA.
