IVC-23 Programme

We are currently working on the details of the Programme. The important parts to take note of are:

Early bird Registration deadline is now Friday 23rd May
The main Congress is from Wednesday 17th - Friday 19th September
We will have a soft start to the Congress from Monday 15th September

Soft Start: Monday 15th - Tuesday 16th September

Activities for the Soft-Start to IVC-23 are listed in the two columns below. Please note that we may also schedule some regular presentations in these two days. We will confirm the Programme in the coming weeks.

Monday 15

Registration and information desk open at 8AM and will be open the entire day
Catering is provided for participants only on this day. Please let us know if you aren't intending to be present on this day.
Panel discussions which are open to all delegates:
Industry discussions
Large scale research infrastructure
Short Courses require an additional fee that you will be able to pay later through the a dedicated Registration Page which we will provide. We will send a questionnaire to all delegates in the coming weeks.
Site-visits:
Sydney University Nanohub.
We may also provide other site visits
A small fee is required to go on site-visits.

Tuesday 16

Registration and information desk open at 8AM and will be open the entire day
Catering is provided for participants only on this day. Please let us know if you aren't intending to be present on this day.

ECM-143: IUVSTA Executive Council Meeting. This is a closed meeting for the participation of the Scientific Division Representatives, Councillors, and the Executive of IUVSTA. There will be a separate Registration Page for ECM-143.

Main Meeting: Wednesday 17^th - Friday 19^th

The main part of the meeting will start on the Wednesday 17^th at 8AM and will finish on Friday 19^th at 5PM. Please plan to stay for the end of the meeting because ALL student prizes will be awarded at this point.

Wednesday 17

Registration and information desk will open around 7AM.
Welcome will be at 8AM
Plenaries, Keynote, Invited, and regular presentations
Poster Session
Exhibition - all day
Welcome Function (which is included in the Registration - additional tickets to this event may be purchased by registrants for accompanying persons.
Welcome Function will run from 5-7PM

Thursday 18

Registration and information desk open around 9AM
Plenaries, Keynote, Invited, and regular presentations
Poster Session
Exhibition - all day
Networking Dinner - 4PM-7PM. A nominal fee is required to attend this dinner.
ECM-144 of the new Triennium - (this will run for the Scientific Divisions, Councillors and Executive of IUVSTA only and be held for a couple of hours during the afternoon)

Friday 19

Registration and information desk open around 9AM
Plenaries, Keynote, Invited, and regular presentations
Exhibition until 3PM
Wrap-up and awards nominally between 3-5PM
