The Organiser and Host/s of IVC 23 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct which is detailed on a separate page which all attendees are expected to comply with.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers by emailing ivc23_info@vac.agency Note: there will be a A$150.00 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments. Cancellation of Registration Fees: Cancellations before Monday 14 July 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations from Tuesday 15 July 2025 to Tuesday 5 August 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after Wednesday 6 August 2025 will receive no refund.

ECM-144 will be held all day on Tuesday 16th September at the Sydney Masonic Centre in their Ionic Room
The meeting is fully catered for, morning and afternoon breaks, and for lunch.
